Pharmacist Data Analyst

The Pharmacist Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the use of data in clinical programs deployed by RedSail Technologies. This position requires a pharmacist with expertise in data analysis to help evaluate, establish, and measure the effectiveness of clinical programs that align with department objectives.

• Gather data from various sources, such as databases and APIs, to support clinical program analysis.
• Preprocess data to handle missing values, remove duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and address outliers.
• Analyze key characteristics of clinical data through visualization and summary statistics.
• Transform and prepare clinical data for analysis through normalization, standardization, or feature engineering.
• Create visual representations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate clinical insights using PowerBI.
• Apply statistical methods to clinical data to test hypotheses and evaluate program outcomes.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders using reports and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and other stakeholders to align insights with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal regulations while upholding ethical standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in data science and healthcare.
